Everything not specified is included.Iñaki Arizmendi Fernández, captain of the Rafael Verdera, was born and raised aboard Spain's oldest active sailing ship, built in 1841. Son of Miguel Ángel Arizmendi Arbaizar and Nuria Fernández Tarrés, Iñaki inherited a passion for the sea and family tradition. His father acquired the boat in 1985 in Ibiza and, after years of restoration, returned it to its original splendor. Throughout his life, Iñaki has sailed the Rafael Verdera as a living symbol of Spain's maritime heritage, leading each voyage with the same love and dedication with which he was raised. Today, as captain, he continues his family's legacy, guiding the ship with respect for tradition and a deep connection to the sea.
