1. User Information

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Marina Martínez Bidon Ruiz is the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER’s personal data and hereby informs that this data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations planned are:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communication. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of collaborators or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been reached. In any case, third parties will not have access to the personal data.
  • Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
  • Handling orders, requests, queries or any type of enquiry made by the USER via any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Sending newsletters containing updates, offers and promotions related to our business.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Processing is legally based on Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
  • On the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, and handle orders and user requests.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or as required by legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Will your personal data be shared?

No personal data will be communicated to third parties unless it is necessary to achieve the purposes described, and only to service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required data processing and confidentiality agreements in accordance with current data protection regulations.

What are your rights?

You have the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  • The right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. www.aepd.es) if you believe the data processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. Mandatory or Optional Nature of Information Provided by the User

By ticking the appropriate boxes and filling in the data fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact forms or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to fulfil their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being optional.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and agrees to inform of any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services offered will fully meet the user’s needs.

3. Security Measures

In compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER states that it is complying with all applicable provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility. Specifically, the data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed (as per Article 5 of the GDPR).

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the necessary security measures under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and to ensure they are provided with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
